چکیده
Sea level rising, as a result of global warming, is major threat to crop production; because inclusion saline water in land limits the production. So, an experiment was undertaken evaluate some mungbean genotypes under different levels salt stresses germination stage. The conducted at Regional Agricultural Research Station, Jashore during Rabi 2020-2021. seeds seven viz. BARI Mung-6, Mung-8, BMXKI-112004-3, BMXKI- 112009-21, MMAT-V07, BMMP-201524 and BMMP-201506 were collected from sources. This following factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with two replications. experimental factors i) (seven) ii) stress (three levels: 0, 4 8 dSm-1). results showed that var. Mung-6 0 dSm-1 highest value case index (9), percentage (100%), co-efficient (40), vigor (1950) lowest mean time (2.5). Mung-8 dS m-1 inverse results. Genotype BMXKI-112009- 21, MMAT-V07 extent tolerance index, plant height root length shoot fresh weight dry index. values these parameters found stress. MMATV07, BMXKI-112009-21 be more tolerant than rest stage.

structure. So, it is possible to achieve the salinity-tolerant genotype in plants through creating changes in the genetic structure and breeding activities. Tomato is in the group of plants sensitive to salinity stress. Distinct studies have been explained different indicators for tolerance to salt stress in tomato. Identifying a reliable indicator in the early stages of plant growth under salt...
متن کاملSalinity Stress and Salt Tolerance
Salinity is one of the most serious factors limiting the productivity of agricultural crops, with adverse effects on germination, plant vigour and crop yield (R Munns & Tester, 2008). Salinization affects many irrigated areas mainly due to the use of brackish water. Worldwide, more than 45 million hectares of irrigated land have been damaged by salt, and 1.5 million hectares are taken out of pr...
